Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at labellestoreus@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve issues reported after 30 days from the order date.
Order Changes
Once your order is placed and processing has begun, we cannot make any changes. This includes adjustments to shipping addresses, product selections, or combining multiple orders.
Our Handmade Commitment
Each product from La Belle Store is thoughtfully handcrafted and packed with care in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. We value the integrity of our creations and appreciate your understanding of the effort that goes into every item. If you have any questions before purchasing, we strongly encourage reaching out to our Pretty Farm Girl Support Team to ensure the product is right for you.
Refunds and Product Returns
Because our products are freshly handmade in small quantities, we do not accept returns and cannot issue refunds for used or unwanted items. However, our team is always happy to work with you to find a thoughtful solution tailored to your situation, when possible.
Allergies and Reactions
We provide full ingredient lists on our website for each product. Please review them carefully before ordering, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities. La Belle Store is not liable for any allergic or adverse reactions. We recommend performing a patch test before full use and introducing new skincare items gradually, one at a time. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and wait at least a week before retesting.
If you do experience a reaction, reach out to our team for dilution tips or alternative ways to use your product.
Scents, Textures, and Preferences
We understand that everyone has personal preferences, especially with scent, texture, and color. Because our products are handmade and uniquely formulated, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.
Product Care and Consistency
Our products are free from preservatives, additives, and synthetic chemicals. To maintain their quality:

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid introducing water into the containers.

During warmer months, our tallow-based creams and body butters may soften or melt in transit, even when shipped with ice packs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of texture changes due to heat. While the consistency may shift, the product’s effectiveness and quality remain intact. If melted, place the item upright in a cool room or the refrigerator until it solidifies again.
